How rmaq handles your data
The form on the site stores what you type into it: your email address, how many returns you handle in a month, who carries the warranty, whether goods go back to a factory, what runs the process now, and where it gets stuck. We use it for one thing, which is writing back with what we think fits and what does not.
We do not sell it, we do not share it, and it does not go onto a marketing list. One reply from a person, and whatever conversation follows from that. Ask us to delete your entry at any time by replying to any email from us.
If we end up building something for you, the data changes character and the obligations with it. A returns system holds the personal details of the people whose product broke: their name, their address, their correspondence with you. That makes you the controller and us the processor, so a processing agreement covers what is stored, how long, where it runs and who can reach it, and it is signed before anything of yours is loaded. Your data sits in your own database inside the European Union, is never pooled with another customer's, and is never used to train anything.
What sending that form does, and does not do
Sending the form creates no account, no subscription and no obligation on either side. It asks a question and it gets an answer, including the answer that rmaq is not the right thing for you.
Nothing on the site is an offer. There are no amounts on it on purpose: what an implementation and a subscription cost follows from your rules and your integrations. You get that as a scope and a price in writing, and the terms of service arrive with it, before anything is built.
The screens on the site show the system working. The case numbers, serials, weights and customs values in them are there to make the interface readable and do not describe any particular company or any real shipment.
